Robotics
Autonomous machines for vacuuming and scrubbing — mapped once, deployed repeatedly. Your team hands over the repetitive runs and focuses on detailed work, customer-facing tasks and the jobs that actually need a human. Results are consistent shift-to-shift, with digital reports after every run.
Where autonomous cleaning earns its keep
Healthcare and Education
Quiet enough to run during all hours. Consistent enough to support hygiene standards. Able to work around people, to provide visitors reassurance that cleaning is actually happening.
Contract Cleaning Teams
Higher productivity without adding hours. Consistency that holds up to audit, because every run is logged and mapped. Flexibility to rotate between sites and layouts without retraining.
Supermarkets, Shopping Centres, Airports
Tight aisles and long concourses, cleaned overnight or in low-traffic windows, with sensors that stop for people rather than making people stop.
Warehousing and Light Industry
Large floor areas cleaned out of hours, with minimal supervision — so the day shift arrives to dry, safe floors.
Autonomous vacuuming. Set it and forget it.
Dual-brush autonomous vacuums guided by 2D or 3D LiDAR and front/side cameras. A 20-litre dustbag covers extended sessions between emptying; IEC-certified HEPA filtration captures 99.97% of airborne particles, including common allergens (per Nilfisk). Best suited to education, healthcare, hospitality and retail.
VP25 Robotic Vacuum
- Fully autonomous operation frees your cleaning team to focus on complex, high-value tasks while the VP25 handles the repetitive vacuuming — reliably, consistently, every shift.
- Up to 3 hours of runtime and 1,317 m²/hr theoretical coverage — ideal for open-plan offices, hotel lobbies, retail floors and any large high-traffic space.
- LiDAR navigation and obstacle-avoidance cameras ensure efficient, collision-free route planning — no roped-off areas, no disruption to building occupants.
- A 20 L dustbag and certified HEPA filtration mean less frequent emptying and cleaner air — set it, start it, and check it at the end of the shift.
Autonomous scrubbing. Consistent, accountable, every shift.
Autonomous scrubbing at two scales: compact machines that run quietly through customer-facing environments during opening hours, and industrial-scale platforms that cover warehouse floors overnight. Every run logs digitally — useful for contract-cleaning audits, facilities reporting and hygiene compliance. Operation modes include CopyCat (replicate an operator's exact path), Multi-Plan (chain pre-recorded routes), and manual override for ad hoc work.
SC25 Robotic Scrubber Dryer
- Light-sweep technology picks up small debris ahead of the scrubbing brush — a single pass handles both the pre-sweep and the deep clean that manual operators typically split into two tasks. Push play, walk away.
- Detailed cleaning reports after every run — know exactly what was scrubbed, when, and where. Useful for contract-cleaner accountability, facilities reporting and hygiene audits.
- Covers up to 3,951 m² per charge at 64 dB(A) — quiet enough to run during opening hours without disrupting customers, patients or students. Ideal for healthcare, education and retail.
SC60 Robotic Scrubber Dryer
- Built on BrainOS — Brain Corp's autonomous operating system — the SC60 covers 2,811 m²/hr theoretical with a 99-litre solution tank and 105-litre recovery tank. Sized for airports, large warehouses, distribution centres and high-volume retail.
- Multi-Plan chains up to six pre-recorded cleaning routes per site for back-to-back runs. CopyCat mode replicates an operator's exact path for precision zones. Manual mode covers ad hoc tasks — one machine, three ways to deploy it.
- Third-party safety-certified to CSI/ANSI 336, with automatic squeegee lift in reverse, click-on-off brush deck, heavy-duty squeegee and IPX3 protection. Runtime of 4.5–5.5 hours depending on application turns one SC60 into a full-shift machine.
